Our methodology for IT succes

CAPE - Methodology

Digital solutions have become indispensable in modern business processes. In fact, new technological influences are emerging at an ever-increasing pace. Organizations cannot afford to wait and see.

To remain relevant, achieve growth, and, above all, stay ahead of the curve, organizations must constantly adapt, predict, and adapt to change. This is only possible with the right approach and a clear roadmap for the coming years.

The CAPE Methodology

With years of experience, we’ve developed our own CAPE methodology. We apply this methodology to all our projects. Our CAPE methodology, which involves conducting extensive business analyses, advises you on the bottlenecks where software might be suitable for your business processes. We then develop solutions in short sprints.

The methodology is based on Scrum/Agile, ensuring rapid results while remaining flexible and adaptable to changes throughout the process. Our approach delivers efficient results without compromising measurable quality.

We take the burden of the latest developments off your shoulders, allowing you to focus on what you do best: running your own business.

Think big

To get the most out of your business processes, we start big. What is the overall (IT) vision? Where does the company want to grow? What are the ambitions that the solutions must contribute to?

Intake
Who will we be collaborating with? For a successful collaboration, it’s important to get to know each other. That’s why we always start with an intake. Is there a match? Then we continue by understanding your business operations.

Discovery
Based on your strategic objectives, we conduct a thorough business analysis. Through various workshops, we uncover the answers to the questions above. We often also include a day-in-the-life perspective to gain a clear understanding of the (daily) workplace processes and the employees who will ultimately be working with the solutions. What are their experiences? And how have they benefited from digitalization? The result is a comprehensive roadmap that shows how the use of digitalization will further optimize your business processes.

Act Small

After thinking big, the roadmap is pragmatically rolled out in manageable sprints. In these sprints, (parts of) the solution are built and implemented piecemeal into the business process. This way, the quality and impact of the solution are continuously tested in practice, and feedback from the field can be incorporated immediately to maximize the solution’s value for the entire organization.

This methodology is based on the agile methodology, which focuses on flexible and iterative development and allows for continuous adaptation to changes.

This method is applied to every project, which, combined with a mix of your expertise and our CAPE experts, ensures a dynamic and effective project.

If needed, we provide training through our Academy to ensure your organization can smoothly adopt this working method.

Move fast

Does the solution meet all your requirements and has the business process been optimized as desired? Then the go-live follows, and it’s time for the handover. We ensure that your employees are adequately involved and trained throughout the process, ensuring the software is in good hands in-house.

Quality assurance and monitoring
Of course, we remain available for you and your applications, and we monitor the health of the application(s) through our support department.

Our support department can also be deployed at any time to guarantee the software’s uptime.
